CSV of all editeds post by moderator

Hi, Is there a way to see a list of all the topics (users posts) which moderator edits.

for example - Moderator changing the category and tag of the topics. Is there a way to keep a record (like some csv) of all the edits which moderator makes to the posts.

You could do that with the Data Explorer Plugin.
