I uploaded logos for both light and dark mode. When the site toggles to dark I get what you see at the top of the pic. Both logos are PNG files. They’re actually the same base SVG file. I did an ‘inspect element’ on the missing logo and found a bunch of lines referring to trying to serve http content from https pages, so I turned on the ‘force https’ setting and my logo showed up.

This is a brand new install. No mods, themes, or anything installed.
I uploaded the logos under ‘APPEARANCE > Logo & fonts’.
This is happening on desktop.
