I’m a Product Ops working with Engineering to better understand the level of effort and volume of questions that comes from different teams (Sales, CS, Support) on Discourse. Currently, the admin Dashboard only breaks down posts and topics by Category or sub-category.
I’m interested to know if there is a way we can segment the number of posts and topics by different teams (Sales, CS, Support etc) on Discourse.
