Just wanted to share something that we can improve:
Better default badge icons. Currently most of them use fa-certificate, but Font Awesome has soo much more too choose from 
I spent half an hour grabbing some more unique icons for the default Getting Started badges, and IMO it just looks much much better, compare:

Pretty, right? 
I know it’s a bit of bikeshedding, but I really feel little things like this can help a lot with a Out of the Box Discourse install.
Unless you are being sneaky and want all admins to experience a quick-win, in that case, leave it as it is
