DigitalOcean discount from Discourse link?

In the installation instructions here, there’s a link to DigitalOcean and when I open it, I see this:

Since I’m new to DigitalOcean and Discourse, what does it really mean?
Does it mean that for 60 days I can add products from DigitalOcean that I would otherwise pay, up to $200?

For example, looking at their pricing page here, there’s this:

So using that discount, that means that I would be able to use this for 60 days, meaning, $8 total, so I would still have $192 for other products. Is that what it is?

That’s usually how these things work, but shouldn’t you be directing this question to Digital Ocean support?

I thought that maybe some people here who have used that link before would be able to answer that, especially because sometimes trying to contact these big companies is not always effective or takes longer.

But I will do that as well. Thanks!

It’s $200 or 60 days whatever comes first.

So no matter what, the limit is always 60 days.
Now I can either use $200 in a single month and the trial is over in 30 days instead of 60, or I “spend” for example $50 a month and the trial is over at the end of the 60 days with me just using $100 out of $200, correct?

This is very useful information. Thanks!
