For a long while now our team has gotten used to the discobot not replying at times and the solution appears to be to insist. After doing some careful look, it seems the issue is simply the use of extra spaces between the @discobot mention and the command. With a single space, all works. With 2+ spaces, it either fails or is ignored. It causes some confusion at times, but I’m not sure if it’s easy to address.
