Thank you for you answer, I updated to 3.1.2, but the received page in browser is blank. A note, it is installed over kubernetes. Here is the log:

It seems that the plugin discourse-local-dates was the culprit. Once I disabled it, everything started to work. I will have to see how can I put this plugin back though.
Frankly, I am a little bit lost. I don’t know what happened, I performed an upgrade with kubectl.The upgrade had to use an older version of postgres (by default, the 16th is installed with the last chart, which is not good for discourse 3.1.2). No errors, but that blank page, and after I moved the discourse-local-dates all went well, and no more errors in the browser console
I have no clue for the resolution at the time being…
