The Discourse AI plugin and all features are now available for customers hosted on Standard, Business and Enterprise plans, excluding Starter

All Discourse AI features now available on Standard and Business

What this means is if you have the Discourse AI plugin enabled, you should now be able to see all the related site settings for all features.
