Discourse as OpenID Connect provider

It will be wonderful if there is official support to use Discourse as OpenID connect provider either by enhancement on top of Discourse Connect or a plugin.

Communities thrives on lots of interactions and interactions happens on various platforms, leading to accounts scattered around at multiple places.
