Discourse Community Support Program

Welcome to the
Community Support Program!

We have launched this program to recognize and celebrate the amazing work our members do in supporting others here on Meta, and to provide some structure and support to those who wish to learn more about how Discourse works so they can help support even more people.

How it works

The program is comprised of a series of modules representing different areas of Discourse knowledge, and the more you demonstrate that knowledge through the advice and assistance you provide on Meta the more modules you can be awarded. If you accrue enough you will then be awarded a badge to prove that you are Discourse-Certified at that level.

The Achievements

Badge Description

The Skill Wheel

The Skill Wheel is a visual representation of the abilities demonstrated across each of the modules. You can read a more detailed breakdown of what comprises each in The Skill Wheel, but they’re designed to provide an ‘at-a-glance’ summary of a participant’s current strengths:

Extra Features Knowledge of themes, theme components, and plugins

You can see a list of current participants and their skill profiles in Our Community Support Experts (and Experts-in-waiting)
