Discourse forum for feature requests with upvotes + comments?

I would like to organize my discourse forum in a layout that lets people submit, upvote, and comment on feature requests.

Does this type of layout exist or what’s the best way to set this up?

Yes, this is possible — we have this currently setup in our Feature category here on Meta, using the Discourse Topic Voting plugin

If you want to structure the topics like a form, you might also want to try out Introducing Experimental Form Templates
