Discourse get started screen is too big

Just installed a discourse instance for testing on my ubuntu server, this is what I was greeted with:

Everything works, except I have no idea what happens, it seems the :tada: emoji was too big.

I’ve noticed this on several sites lately. I’ve been testing a new setup that deviates from the standard install and wasn’t 100% sure that it wasn’t due to my setup, but it seems like it must be a bug to me. It seems like it started a week or two ago.

Weird. On my site I ran the first time setup wizard last night and I didn’t see this weird behavior.

This was a brand new fresh install of discourse.
