Discourse member login on Wordpress home page

Hello, We are working on a home page based on wordpress before accessing discourse forum and we search how to add a discourse member login box on this home page.
I explain : member will access to this wordpress home page and the could connect to their discourse account and when connected be able to see on this home page their bookmarks category and even last subjects.
Is there a such plugin ?
