My discourse instance is stuck at updating latest-release +293 its been there now 3 days
can you assist
O/S: Ubuntu 20.04
I performed these commands and rebooted still stuck
cd /var/discourse
git pull
./launcher rebuild app

Have you tried running the following first
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
I had not, am doing that now. thank you for the reply the site still works just stuck there at that point. will let chain know if that fixed it

can you see where it is stuck on ?
You will need to log in via SSH and upgrade via command line. It’s a lot simpler than it sounds, only 2 commands.
