My guess is that the issue is somehow related to your system. Is that a standard install? Which version of Linux?
You can wait for someone with more in-depth knowledge to reply, or try reinstalling Discourse on a fresh system and restore a recent backup.
If your forum is currently online and working, I’d suggest trying on a temporary server first.
