Do not move cursor from Topic Title to Composer after image upload completes

Reproduction steps:

  1. Copy a heavy image to clipboard (or just throttle the network speed in the Developer tools; what we need here is to make image upload not complete instantly)
  2. Insert the image into the text editor
  3. Move cursor to the Topic Title and start editing it
  4. When the image uploading completes, it forcibly moves the cursor back to the text editor. Since I’ve been touch-typing the topic title quickly, I end up typing a few symbols in the text editor right after the image; now I have to delete it. It’s pretty annotying.

This scenario is for when I have a screenshot in my clipboard, and to make sure I don’t lose it while editing the topic, the first thing I do is insert the image into the text editor. Naturally, the next step for me is to start editing the topic title while the image is uploaded (it is not instant in our community). And then this cursor moving away from the Topic Title input happens.
