Discourse hosted plans can be billed either monthly or yearly. This guide explains how to switch to yearly billing and what you need to know about the billing options.
Switching to yearly billing
- Visit your site’s Manage account page at
/admin/manage-account(you can also find the billing section at the top of the main/admindashboard) - In the Billing section, next to the Next payment on date, look for the “Switch to yearly billing?” link
- Click the link to change your billing cycle
- A confirmation dialog will appear letting you know you will be billed immediately for the yearly amount, less your current month prorated. Confirm to proceed.
Important notes
Annual billing follows the same pricing structure as monthly billing - there are no discounts offered for annual commitments.
