Does resetting a user's bounce score unrevoke their email?

A user has had a lot of bounced emails and their email address has been revoked. If I click “Reset” in their admin account page, does that unrevoke their email address?

As a secondary feature request, I think there should be a logged event for manually resetting their bounce score.

Reseting an user’s bounce score will simply bring all the scores back to 0 allowing emails to be sent from now on.

I guess we could do that.
