My plan is to host a membership Wordpress site with Paid Membership Pro (I’d love to hear opinions of PMP) and Discourse.
Do any membership Wordpress theme play nicely with Discourse? (any suggestion would be great), many themes are sold or developed for buddypress.

You’re asking if a Wordpress theme can also be applied to Discourse?
That would be convenient, but the underlying code that the theme styles are applied to is very different… so there wouldn’t be much crossover. It’s certainly possible to make a Discourse theme look like a Wordpress theme, but you’d need two separate themes. I’m not aware of any existing themes that attempt to do this.
