As a moderator, it’s a mild annoyance that you always have to scroll all the way up to the top of a topic to edit the title, category and tags. It would be great if the ‘edit pencil’ was also shown in the top bar that’s shown when the title is out of view.
So to be clear, duplicate this edit pencil:

I suggest that when clicking it, the topic scrolls all the way back to the top and enters ‘editing mode’.

As a moderator:
To edit the title or category of a topic I first have to click the title to go to the top, then I can click the Pen to go into edit mode.
It would be great if the pen would also be visible in the fixed header you get when you scroll down a topic. Of course it doesn’t have to duplicate the form but can scroll to the top and edit there.
