Email footer says: "Visit Message to respond to .", no names after "to"

I have a few system messages going out that just end with Visit Message to respond to ., and I understand there should be name(s) in there.

It’s important to note that I’ve disabled all DM functionality, only DMs initiated by admins and system are allowed I think.

Is this a bug, should it say respond to system.? When I open the link it does say it’s coming from system and I can technically reply (even though no human would see it).

Note: it does work, when I as a person send a DM, then the recipient gets to see a name. So I think it’s just the system user that might be getting filtered out?

Thanks for the report, we are looking into this.

This should be fixed now @cultiv, the system messages should now output “Visit Message to respond” in emails. We may follow up by removing that line altogether, because, well, there isn’t too much value in responding to system messages.

Awesome, thanks for the quick action!

Yeah I would also say it doesn’t add value. Right now, you’ve already received the full message, visiting it again in the DM inbox is not adding any extra context.
