Email notifications take very long to arrive?

Hello, we noticed that email notifications take about 10-12 minutes to get to our team’s inboxes from the time a customer posts/replies to a post. Is this standard? Is there anything we can do to make it faster? Thanks!

Yes, change the email time window mins setting from the default 10 minutes a shorter period.
