Emailing as a topic issues: numbered bullet points, tables, underscores

Not sure if this is just something I am experiencing/it is a bug, but I am having trouble with truncated emails for the following common formatting.

1. Numbered bullet points (please excuse my silliness!)

2. Underscores

3. Tables

Any thoughts about this/what I am doing wrong?
