I’m afraid I haven’t used sendgrid, but do you need to verify your inbox, as the green message in the first screenshot indicates?

I’ll add the universal Troubleshooting email on a new Discourse install link too, just in case you’ve not seen it yet.

Hi, I don’t think you read my post properly. The first screenshot was showing that my configuration works with a service called https://smtptester.kingofcode.com.br/, however when using the same configuration with Discourse (as seen in screenshot 2), it doesn’t work.

You are correct. I had not. There’s this in the guide about port 465 if that’s more helpful?

Email smtp port selection (Using 465?)

The ability to be able to AUTH using ‘telnet’ is extremely important in your first steps of email troubleshooting.

Port 465 (SMTP over SSL) is largely deprecated in favor of STARTTLS on 25. You may need to try alternate ports such as port 2525 or port 587 (Mail Submission) when things do not seem to work as expected.
