Emails Not Sending to New or Existing Users Despite Logs Showing No Issues

Hi everyone,

I’ve been running my Discourse community for almost three months at Forum, and everything has been working fine until recently. Now, emails are not being sent to either new or existing users.

I’ve checked the logs, and everything seems normal—no errors or warnings to indicate any issues. Despite this, users are not receiving any email notifications, whether they are new or existing.

Has anyone encountered this problem before? What additional steps can I take to troubleshoot this?

Are you able to send test emails from https://yourforum.domain.com/admin/email ?

Do you have access to the mail server logs?
