Embed discourse nav bar/ notifications in external pages

Hello all!

I am wanting to use discourse to replace my community site.

Is it possible to embed the discourse nav bar ( notifications etc ) in an external page?

So for example a user can be reading a blog on my wordpress site but still get notifications from discourse on the nav bar?

Would be pretty cool!

This has been requested a handful of times but there is no cut and paste way to do this at the moment.
