Emoji in title when disabled :)

Hi,

:) are replaced by :slight_smile: even of emoji are disabled.

Example

becomes

[Chaboi_3000]

I can also repro this on my test server.

Emoticons like :) won’t be converted into emojis anymore unless the enable_emoji and enable_emoji_shortcuts site settings are enabled.

We had the same problem in quotes, so I fixed it there as well.
