Emojis do not show in toc

Hi,

I use some emojis un my titles, but in the TOC they are not displayed.

For instance:
### 📣 Aide chapitrage vidéo des mini-webinaires
displays as
Aide chapitrage vidéo des mini-webinaires
in the toc.

Is there a way to display emojis?
