Entire site is a blank page after upgrade

Try going directly to this URL:

https://wheelheads.riverroaring.com/login?safe_mode=no_themes,no_plugins

The normal method of entering safe-mode seems to be broken on your site.

I think you will be able to login from that URL. Once you have logged in, go to your Admin / Customize page, enable the Default Discourse theme and remove all theme components from that theme. If that works, you can then try to figure out what is causing the issue. I’m guessing it’s your site’s theme, or a theme component.

I used your safe mode url, which allowed me to log in.
https://wheelheads.riverroaring.com/login?safe_mode=no_themes,no_plugins

Then I got back to a blank page, but I was then able to use the normal safe mode url to access the site.
https://wheelheads.riverroaring.com/safe-mode

I went to Admin / Customize and disabled a component, and no more blank page. So I guess something is up with that component.

Thanks for your quick reply on this. I’m so grateful that I am able to get our forum working again while I figure out what is going on with that component.
