I already solved it, apparently the file was corrupt, the only thing I did was delete it and create a new one by pasting the data using the “sublimetext3” editor.
I forgot to mention that the error occurred after wanting to edit the “app.yaml” file through an editor in android “Admin Hands: SSH / FTP / SFTP / TLN”, apparently when saving the editor it saved the file in an erroneous and corrupted, but the funny thing is that I could edit it without problems and it passed the site test: http://www.yamllint.com/.
Anyway I leave this message for possible future references.
