Events don't show in published pages

Hi,

If you create a topic with an event and a location and publish this topic, then you don’t see nor the event, nor the location, which are both present in the original topic.

This isn’t a bug - more an actual feature.

Theme Components do not display on published pages at all; they are a ‘clean slate’ deliberately.

To get TC and plugin features working nicely on pages that are exposed to the internet I suggest that you:

  1. Make your site visible to anon (i.e. turn of logged-in only)

  2. Have at least one category visible to @everyone and use that

Thanks for the clarification, @nathank. That makes sense now. I wasn’t aware that published pages intentionally exclude theme components. I’ll look into adjusting the site visibility settings as you suggested. Appreciate the guidance!
