Is it possible to exclude groups like the admin group or specific users from the dashboard reports?

I don’t believe this is currently possible, though someone asked a very similar thing just recently too - Exclude staff from statistics so it may be a good addition to consider. I think the current option is to create a data explorer query that marries up with the dashboard report, but has a group parameter as well.
