Exporting theme but no components

Hello all,

New user here, I have built out a really nice theme that I am going to want to export and add to our live environment very soon.

I have exported the theme and added it to the new environment but it doesn’t pull everything across, components being a big one and their settings etc.

Is there a way I can pull everything over and import it to the new env?
