Fast edit input container position

Hello,

It seems the fast edit input container position is always recalculating while scrolling on mobile and if it opens on bottom the keyboard can overlay it.

Huawei P20 Pro
Android 10
Chrome 112.0.5615.136

Edit:

This is happens on desktop too.

I can repro both on my P20 Pro (Chrome) and Chrome Desktop :+1:
