Errors for a test deployment, while issued launcher rebuild app:

fatal: ambiguous argument '@': unknown revision or path not in the working tree.
Use '--' to separate paths from revisions, like this:
'git <command> [<revision>...] -- [<file>...]'
fatal: Not a valid object name @

Launcher has diverged source, this is only expected in Dev mode

And the build result, with restored backup data, I can not access the forum via browser, connection refused.

It’s standard quick install

it was tested on Aliyun HongKong ECS. I think web.china.template.yml should only be needed for servers in mainland China, not needed for HongKong server?

Will try a new ecs and clean install without backup, see if it works
