Feature Suggestion: Allow clicking user icon in poll results on mobile

For public polls, the users who voted for each option are shown. On the desktop version of the site, you can click those user icons to show a preview of the user’s profile, just like you can with the icon in other places (e.g. posts, likes).

On mobile, clicking user icons generally goes directly to the user’s profile instead of showing a preview. However, for poll results, you cannot click the icons at all. I’d like to be able to click the user icons in the poll results and have it go directly to the user’s profile, just like the other places on mobile.

Let me know if you want me to clarify anything. Thanks!

We should definitely fix that.

@nbianca can you make sure the avatars in the polls results are clickable?

It is part of these series of changes to polls plugin:

Looks like this change may have broken the clicking functionality on desktop. Now when I click a voter icon on desktop it goes directly to the user’s profile instead of showing a preview.

Has the bug with clicking the voter profile in the poll been fixed on desktop? On community.wanikani.com at least, it’s still going directly to the user’s profile.
