Feature topic on profile - wrong target user used in the Topic Selector fitler

If you, an admin, try to assign a Featured Topic to someone’s profile, you won’t get their topics listed while searching by topic title. You’ll get yours.

Should it list the topics created by the user whose profile is being updated?

It certainly sounds like a bug. I’ll look into it asap.
