Featured Topic - Apostrophe being displayed as 7-char ASCII

Since the most recent UI updated over on community.wanikani.com the Featured Topic is being displayed with the apostrophe in the title showing as ’

This is the case in Chrome and Safari, both on macOS and iOS.

Shows that way on both the profile page and the user card, but the topic name appears fine on the page itself.
