This bug was fixed last week, if you update this should be solved.
Hi.
Since the last Discourse update, when I write a post title that contains a quote ', it is converted to › preceded by a single space when I create the post.

If I click on the edit title button, the input correctly shows ' but it is always converted to › (preceded by a single space) when I do confirm the title edition.

Also it appears that if I write a double quote ", it will be converted to ».

I just updated mine and it doesn’t seem to be solved
UPDATE: It is solved but you need to edit the posts in order to make it visible. Do we need to rebake all posts ?

Yes, you need to rebake. If you have over 10K or 100K posts it might be worth trying to rebake only the necessary ones, otherwise, it’s easiest to just rebake them all.
Enter <yoursite>/admin/upgrade
as the url.
