Is there an option to take off the ‘number of days’ the post has been posted. We have found particularly for FAQ posts, that it seems like we are neglecting responding to them, when in fact, the posts don’t require a response in the first place
You can hide it with CSS.
Normally for a FAQ topic the context would make it more obvious that no actual response was necessary, as it would already contain the answer?
