Finding Discourse Stable Release update info on Meta

I often use the #release-notes tag to follow what’s new in Discourse (watching first post).

Looking up the stable release 2.3.1, I could not find any relevant topic for that release.

It would be useful to maintain links between topics tagged #release-notes in #feature:announcements and the matching MINOR version topic in #releases, e.g., to reply as linked topic of Discourse Version 2.3 to announce stable release 2.3.1.

We do not write up release notes for the stable point releases. Such releases occur when we have a critical bug or performance fix, or security fix we wish to back port. To see what’s changed, we recommend checking the commit log for the stable branch: https://github.com/discourse/discourse/commits/stable. You can see all changes there.
