Would it do the trick for you, if you renamed one of the OG reasons? For instance:
It’s Inappropriate
This post contains content that a reasonable person would consider offensive, abusive, or a violation of our community guidelines. It’s irrelevant to the current topic, as it contains … [alternative facts]
