I’m using a flair but it’s not working how I want it to be, theres some gray behind it.
This is my flair: (ignore the black background, I didn’t upload it like that. Just so people using light theme on the site can see it.
How can I fix this or what should it be sized to, currently sized to 512x512.

I don’t think the sizing matters, but you’ll want to build some space in to your image, for example the pink area would be additional transparent space…
