The one place a really like our Large Fonts where the dialog does not help is on mobile.
I tend to click this on mobile, there is just something I like a bit better about big text on meta when browsing on mobile:
To achieve this you would use Hamburger Theme Selector , and then the large theme @awesomerobot mentioned
