Footer for new forum homepage

Hi,

I’m Dave Mackenzie :slightly_smiling_face: a researcher at The University of Melbourne in Australia in need of help! I’ve dragged my non-coding carcass as far as I can in creating our ‘My Knee Community’ forum and need some help…primarily with getting the homepage sorted.

What would you like done?

We need/want a footer as I think that is the best place to house the logos of our 4 collaborators, plus links to Guideline/T&Cs and external organisations. We don’t have a ‘parent’ website to link back to, more of a web page within the broader UoM website:

However we may have other external options to link back to.

I have had great help from the support team working with FlexFooter, but have hit the wall and need help.

When do you need it done?

Well…probably as soon as (typically!). I’m thinking it’s probably not a major job for a developer, so was hoping for the first half of next week? Sorry if that seems completely unrealistic, this is my first time doing this.

What is your budget, in $ USD that you can offer for this task?

Similarly, I’m not sure where we should start. Despite the seemingly grand scale of the UoM, the study that we are using this forum for is tightly budgeted. But perhaps someone would provide a reasonable quote please?

Thanks in advance

Dave

I’ll be happy to help. Please feel free to contact me on bhanu@orng.co with the specific problem, I’ll get back to You asap.

Hey @Dave_Mackenzie,

Depending on the wall you’ve hit with FlexFooter, I can help you out for a few hundred USD. You can read more about me in my profile. Message me with:

  • what you wan to achieve (ideally a mockup)
  • what you’ve tried so far and what wall you hit
  • a link to your Discourse

I’m also based in Melbourne. It would be nice to work with someone in the same city for once
