Gif emojis are being imported as flat images

It seems since gif avatars are no longer supported the gif emojis are being imported as flattened images. As per this topic Animated GIF avatars no longer supported by default Gifs on posts shouldn’t be affected.

@nbianca has a PR that fixed this, I merged it today.

You will be in charge of appropriately sizing the animated emojis, careful they are not too big.
