Are there any quick/easy fixes to this problem. My site is very simple, text only, Discourse only, on a single droplet on DigitalOcean (nothing maxing out in terms of performance measures).
The issue I’m seeing is long Google Largest Contentful Paint LCP (over 4 seconds for mobile) results - for about 80 pages on my site - so Google is complaining to me about this - see image below:
We are actively working on improving LCP using a multi-pronged approach.
We are working on a splash-like loader that better the LCP metric. This is slated to land in the coming weeks.
The Upgrading Discourse to Ember 4 work that is ongoing will make Discourse snappier, and benefit the LCP metric. That is ongoing but the bulk of improvements will land later this year.
