Group Full Name Not Saving

We’re on 2.6.0beta3.

I’ve just tried to change a group name and all I get is ‘Saving…’.

Looking for pointers on how to debug this and is this a known issue?

Maybe it is a network issue? Have you tried refreshing the page and resaving? Maybe use a different browser and/or network connection?

I cleared the cache as well.
