Hello,
I am trying to figure out the best way to forward incoming Intercom chats as a post to the community.
Has anyone done it? How did you do it? 
I can only see Zapier and the likes to automate it. But using automation tools for me is not an option.

There is a widget for basic integration
and a plugin for a more advanced integration
