Help with displaying images in a post

Hi,

I have several images (links below) and I would like to display them in my Discourse post, either as a simple gallery/slider or just in order. I’m not sure how to do this. an i cant find related post :confused:

Could anyone guide me on how to display these images in a post or as a slider?

What is the problem, exactly?

They aren’t displaying here because webp isn’t an accepted image format (it’s in a setting, so you can change that on your site).

and format is not main problem, i have this photos also png format. sorry my english.

Thanks your attention. To clarify further, what I want is:

  1. Navigation Arrows – Images should have left and right arrows for switching between them.

  2. Filter Buttons – Below the images, there should be buttons that allow users to filter or switch between different models/colors.

Essentially, I want the images to behave like an interactive preview with both navigation and filter options, not just static images. Could you advise which HTML component or forum setting would allow this?

I see. I’m not aware of anything that does exactly that. If you want exactly that, you’ll need to start at Theme Developer Tutorial: 1. Introduction or Marketplace.

I got curious and I played a bit with Swiper library.

It might be possible to do something. Of course, it requires some CSS adjustments here and there, as well as other considerations, but it should be possible to reproduce the same feature.

Sliding this across to Dev because it appears to be an open-ended conversation about customizing the theme gallery. @Miro1 if you are not a developer then you will want to post to Marketplace to offer to pay someone to build what you need. It is not going to be possible with core Discourse.
